These steps will now fully re-sync the data coming into myday. If the steps above do not resolve your issue, please submit a ticket on the support portal so we can investigate the cause of your issue.
Resync a User(s)
If you wish to sync just the one/few records, you can do this by using the ‘Provision On Demand’ option.
You will first have to delete the user(s) from within myday. You can do this using the user management app. Once the user(s) have been deleted, we can use the provision on demand option.
This will sync the user(s) into myday instantly.
Follow steps 1-4 above.
Now select the ‘Provision on Demand’ button

Search the user you wish to sync.
...
Once the user has been selected, click on provision on the bottom of the window.
...
The user should now be resynced back into myday.
