  1. Log in to CampusGroups

  2. Click on the Home icon

  3. Select My Activityalong the left side

  4. Select My Co-Curricular Transcript

  5. From here you will be able to see the experiences that will appear on your Co-Curricular Transcript. We have multiple types of involvement that can be tracked within the CampusGroups platform.

    • Group Membership

    • Officer Positions

    • Event Attendance

    • Service Hours

    • Checklist Completion 

    • Self-reported Experiences

  6. These pieces of involvement (with the exception of Self-reported Experiences) are automatically tracked and added to your Co-Curricular Transcript. You can Edit your transcript on to top right corner by adding notes and deciding which items you want to to make visible.

  7. You can save your CCT as a pdf and share a link to anyone who would like view your achievements.

  2. Select My Activity

  3. Select My Co-Curricular Transcript

  4. Click Edit and scroll down to Experience

  5. Select Edit and Add Experience button

  6. Next, you will configure the experience details

    • Select Group OR, enter of an organization not listed above

    • Title

    • Role

    • Description

    • Experience Type

    • Start Date

    • End Date

    • Choose if the experience is paid (Yes/No)

    • Click Save
