If you have problems accessing anything you see in your Profile, send us a message. Send us: 

  • Your student ID #
  • Your full name and email address
  • Any error messages, blank screens, or problems in the app
  • Like the courses you expect to see, or a screenshot(*) of Blackboard, Canvas, D2L, Moodle, etc.

Don't send your password.
