In this guide, we will walk you through each of the following ways that you can tack attendance at your event:

Tracking Attendance Through the Mobile App

  1. Navigate to the event

  2. Click the three dot menu and select Check in Attendees

  3. On this screen, you have two options

    • Select the QR code icon to scan a user's ticket or their personal QR code found within their profile

    • Manually search for users and check registered attendees in or register new attendees for the event

  • Officers of the Group hosting the Event (with Manage Events permission)

  • Officers of a Co-Hosting Group (with Manage Events permission)

  • Anyone added as a Team Member on an Event (mobile check-in only)

  • Platform Admins
