As an administrator, we made it easier for you to create and generate reports within your platform. Whether you need pull a report for the beginning or end of the year we have a great solution for you. Our report builder feature provides the functionality to customize reports from a group, user, event , and badges level.

Follow these steps to access the report builder feature:

  1. Navigate to Admin > Trends & Reports > Report Builder

  2. Select the type of Report you would like to pull:

    • Users

    • Groups

    • Members

    • Active Officers

    • Past Officers

    • Events

    • Event Attendance

    • Badges

  3. Edit and customize your columns and edit your filter settings to get the exact data you need.

Accessing Your Generated Reports

After created your customized reports, you have the ability to review your previously generated reports at any time. You can do this by clicking on Generated Reports and select the archived reports you generated. To download your report as a CSV file, you will need to click on the CSV button.
