Full Resync
To complete a full re-sync if you are using premium AAD to sync into myday you will first have to load the Azure portal and then follow the steps below.

You will first have to delete the user(s) from within myday. You can do this using the identity User management app. Once the user(s) have been deleted, we can use the provision on demand option.

The user should now be resynced back into myday.
Resync group/ group(s) membership
Follow steps 1-4 above.
Now select the ‘Provision on Demand’ button

Search the group you wish to sync.
Then select the user’s you wish to sync the membership of

Once the user has been selected, click on provision on the bottom of the window.
