Your home page is the first thing a user sees when they enter the platform. With the ability to personalize this space using widgets on the right and navigation buttons on the left, you hold the power to craft a user-friendly and engaging interface. Follow this guide to learn how to customize these.

Customizing the Homepage

School Administrators can customize the platform-wide homepage. The basic home page editor will not have access to all of these features, however, campuses who purchased the advanced home page editor will have access to all of these features.

  1. Click on Home

  2. Select the Customize button

  3. Click on the + button to add a new row of widgets

  4. Select the Gear icon to edit how many buttons display on this row and limit what users are able to to see this row of content

  5. Click Edit to customize and existing widget or click Add to create a new widget

  6. Select your Widget Type

    • Button

    • Image/Photo

    • Video

    • Title/Subtitle

    • Content Box

    • Dynamic Widgets

  7. Each widget will have different settings that you can customize

  8. Click Save

  9. Make sure to click Save Customization when you are done editing the entire page

Custom Left Menus

When editing the Custom Left Menu, you sure editing both the left menu on the web platform and the mobile app menu. These menus not only make a seamless experience across your platform, but also allow you to customize what and how your users access information on your platform.

  1. Navigate to Admin and click on Hubs

  2. Locate the hub you would like to edit and click Manage

  3. Drag and drop Features from the right to the mobile display on the left

  4. Click on Settings and be sure to Publish the hub
