As a Campus Cloud administrator, you may encounter scenarios where users are unable to log in to the campus app. The issue may be reported as an error message such as "The signed-in user [...] is not assigned to a role."
This means that the user will not be able to access the app. The cause of this issue is that the user has not been configured correctly within Active Directory, specifically, the user is not assigned to a role. To resolve this issue, the Campus IT team must assign the user to a role within Active Directory.
Keep in mind that Ready Education does not have the ability to perform this task as we do not have access to your school's Active Directory. Once the user has been assigned to a role, they will be able to log in to the campus app using the username and password provided by the school.
