Documents feature

Goal ?

Give users direct access to their important documents !

How ?

Through an API or via a feed from your Database, documents are centralized in a tree structure on the app.

The Documents feature is located in the menu.

The functionality groups documents under folders

The student can retrieve a document in two ways :

• By using the breadcrumb trail which allows you to classify documents by "folders

• By using the search bar

The Documents feature allows you to see :

• The name of the folders/documents.

• The type of document (PDF, word etc)

Regarding the document formats that can be transmitted by the application, the functionality supports :

• Word

• PDF

• Image

• Video

• Excel

• Powerpoint

Users can open the document or download it with the button on the right of each item.

The search bar at the top right allows you to search for a document according to its name, its year...

The navigation within the tree structure is dynamic.
