Create a new message
Click on New message in the left menu
Select the type of message
Select your target audience
Click on the Choose an Audience box and select your target audiences from the drop-down menu.
"Debug - Usage interne uniquement" is for internal tests only. Do not take it into account.
Message content
Write the message content:
For an open question or a simple message: create the title and its content. For an MCQ, create the title and the answer choices.
Translate your message
Send messages in multiple languages
Schedule your message
You can send the message immediately by keeping Immediate delivery checked or plan your message by checking Scheduled delivery.
If you want to send a programmed message, simply select the desired date and time. (French Time)
Confirm
The last section allows you to check that everything is correct. After reviewing the information, click on
Send the message.
