Create your first inquiry

Access the inquiry function in My AppScho and click on "First Inquiry"

Choose an internal name for the inquiry

This name will help you find back the inquiry- you could choose a date for example.

Define your target audience

The first step consists in defining the inquiry's target audience. Whose opinion are we interested in collecting? It is vital to clearly define the audience in order to obtain the opinion of the right people. The possibilities are infinite, thus we should respect previously defined audiences..

Define the type of information to collect

We need to define what kind of information we wish to collect. We have three categories available :

Qualitative : Through Multiple Choice Questions, we can collect student's opinions and/or define a more precise profile of them.

Quantitative : Students grade an element on a scale from 1 to 5. This scale is represented by five stars to fill (as shown below)

Binary : Questions of type « Agree » / « Disagree » allow to collect general opinions.

Planify the inquiry

In the Schedulling section, select a opening and closing date for the inquiry.

Create the inquiry

Let us click on "Create the inquiry": do not mistake this button with the "Publish" button.

The first one gives access to the creation tool whereas the second one sends the inquiry into the app.
