The Campus App (mobile app for your school) is developed and maintained by Ready Education.

It is used to search for information of Campus provided by your school, and messages / comments posted by students within the app. In this article you can find:

Create an App Account

Here's how you create a campus app account:

Launch the app.
Tap "Let's Get Started."
Tap "Student" (or make another selection from the list).
Enter your first and last names, your email address and password.
Tap "Done."

You will be logged in to the app.

You will get a confirmation email. Verify your email address by clicking the link in that message.

Remember your email and password as you will need them to log in again.

Make sure to log in with the email address you used to set up your account.

Log in to the Campus App

Log in to the app using your Single Sign-On (SSO). You use this username and password for campus mail, library computers, to pay your fees, etc.

If you don't know your username, or don't remember your password, contact campus IT. Or try the steps to recover your password with these steps.

Problems logging in?

If you can't log in to the campus app, first update the app and try again.

If that doesn't fix it, use your SSO to log in to a university computer, such as:

Campus mail
Blackboard, Canvas, D2L, Sakai, or Moodle
Or, check your university account balance

Did any of those work?

"NO, nothing works:" Contact campus IT to fix your SSO.
"YES, I can log in to other university services:" You might need technical support. Keep reading.

Send us:

Your student ID #
Your full name and email address
Any error messages, blank screens, or problems in the app

Don't send your password.

Please submit a request at Ready Education Help Center.

Press and hold the Power and Volume-down buttons

Press both the Power button and the Home button at the same time

Change Password

You can change the password you use to log in to your campus app:

Open the app and log in, then tap (bottom, last).
Tap (top right).
Tap "Privacy."
Tap "Change Password."

Keep your password private to keep your personal account safe.

Forgot your password?

If you forgot the password, here are the steps you can take to recover it:

Use the email address you used to create an account on the app.
Launch the campus app and tap "Log in" then tap "Forgot your password."
Check your email, and follow the instructions in the password recovery email.

(*) If you see a "Reset Password Failed" message, we did not find your email address in our database. Be sure to use the email address you used when you created an account on the app.

(*) If you forgot both your username and password, you can create a new account, but you will have to re-add your friends.

Update the campus app

Keep your campus app up-to-date and make sure you never miss out.

If you are using Android, here are the steps:

Open the Play Store app.
Tap "Updates."
Scroll down and find your campus app.
Click "Update."

If you are using iOS, here are the steps:

Open the App Store.
Tap "Updates."
Scroll down and find your campus app.
Click "Update." (You may be prompted to provide your Apple ID password.)

Even better, update automatically. You'll always have the latest, greatest app.
