Campus Pass is determined based on a student’s answers to forms such as the Self-Reporting form and Pre-Screener. It can also be set by an administrator, according to the date of the student's most recent COVID test. A student’s campus pass can tell students if they are clear to come to campus or if they should stay home. Campus Pass can also give further instructions to students if they are not clear to come to campus. For more information, see Campus Pass.
Assessment History shows the record of all student submissions for various health forms. This includes the form title, date, and the student’s answers to the form.
Location History shows a record of a student’s interactions with your school’s safe reopening program, such as COVID-19 service centers and locations tagged with QR codes.
When a student taps Testing Centers, they see the campus map overlaid with the locations of the COVID-19 Testing Centers you have set up using Campus Cloud Services.

Campus Pass
You can use a student’s answers to forms to automatically determine if they are cleared to come to campus, or if they should stay home and seek medical advice. This is done by issuing a Campus Pass, which students can access using the app.
For example, you can set up a pre-screener assessment form, and based on a student's answers to those questions, you can update the student's case status. The student's case status determines the Campus Pass they will receive -- it appears in the Health and Wellness module on the campus app.
A student’s Campus Pass can be:
Clear. A clear pass gives access to locations around campus. Can be set to expire at midnight on day of issue.
Restricted. A restricted pass will not allow access to locations around campus, and will give an error message if a student tries to scan a QR code to attend such a location.
Every case status has an associated Campus Pass. You can link a Case Status to a Campus Pass that will be generated for the student.
You can associate a second Campus Pass to a case status. If too much time passes since a student's last Covid test, you can assign a different campus pass until they update their test results.
For more information, see Assign a Case Status to a Case.
Campus Passes are customizable in Campus Cloud. You can create Campus Passes for use in your COVID-19 workflows, then set up the Case Status rules to issue those passes to students. You can configure the colour and icon of any campus pass, and text including hyperlinks.
