Manage: Student Life
Campus Cloud gives you the tool to set up various information through "Student Life". This function appears on the left-hand side in "Manage" on your Campus Cloud and includes:

How to access Student life:
Log in to Campus CloudÂ
Click "Manage" on the top left corner next to "Insights"
Student Life appears on the left sidebar after Campus Resources.
Organizations
It enables you to create groups and clubs and associate members with each of those groups and clubs. You can assign managers and executives of the organizations.Â
As an organization owner, you can:
Update information about your organization such as name and location.
Invite students and designate them as organization executives.
Manage the community. (Know How)
Create events.
Track attendance at events.
Gather student feedback about your events.
To create an organization:
Click Manage, then click Organizations
Click Create Organization
Click Upload Image to choose an image from your computer
1125 pixels by 600 pixels, JPEG, maximum 5 MB
Provide a name for the organization, and a description (optional)
Set the status (active, inactive, or pending)
Turn membership on or off (*)
Provide a location and other contact details
Click Save
(*) Turning on the membership wall allows students to join the club groups in the community and can interact with each other. It creates a group wall for students that can hold posts and comments. Students access the group wall using the mobile app.

Orientation
It enables you to create programs and events with due dates to share with your students and also allows them a wall where students can post messages and talk to each other about the particular orientation event. An orientation program can also be duplicated and then edited.
To Create a program:
Log in to Campus Cloud.
Click "Manage," then click "Orientation."
Click "Create Program."
Type a name and description for your orientation program.Â
Turn on membership (optional)
Save.
You can see the list of programs in "Orientation" and your student can see them on the Orientation tile of their campus app.

Athletics
It enables you to create a special type of organization within Campus Cloud that students can find using the "Athletics" tile on campus guide." Athletic organizations work like regular organizations, except that instead of "Manage > Organizations," you will go to "Manage > Athletics.Â
As the owner of an athletic organization, you can:Â
Update information about your athletic organization such as name and location.
Invite students to your organization and designate executives.
Manage the community. (Know How)
Create athletic events. (see below)
Track attendance, and gather student feedback about your events.
To create an event inside Athletics:
Click Manage, then "Athletics"
Locate the name of the Athletics you wish to create an event for (Click the name)
Click events and create.Â
It's similar to creating an organization and adding members or creating events and assessing feedback. For more information, see Organizations - Overview.
Deals
It enables you to create deals for different stores on campus that the students can find out about using the campus guide. Â
To create a campus deal:Â
Click Manage
In the sidebar under Student Life, click Deals
Click "Create Deal."
Add a title and description.
Provide a start and end date.Â
Under "Store Details," select a store to associate with the deal.Â
Click "Save."
If the store does not exist, you can create it:Â
Click "Manage" then click "Deals."
Click "Manage Stores" then click "Create Store."
Upload an image for the store. Â
Type a name and description for the store, and [optional] provide a website and location.
Click "Save".
Your store is now available to select when creating a new deal.
Jobs
It enables you to create job postings to help students find the right source to finance their studies and earn extra income.
To create a job posting:Â
Click Manage
In the sidebar under Student Life, click Jobs
Click Create Job
Add a title and description
Provide a start and end date
[Optional] Provide a start date for the job, and/or an application deadline
You can specify additional information such as the type of applicant student you are seeking (undergraduate, Master, or Ph.D.)
You can also set the job type (full-time, part-time, etc.)
Under Employer Details, select an employer to associate with the job posting.
Click Save
If the employer for your job posting does not exist, you can create it.
Under "Employer Details" click "New Employer."
Type the name, description, and [optional] email of the employer.
