The "?" icon, located in the bottom right corner of your instance, allows users to conveniently send their questions via email to a designated email address. Typically, this address is a shared departmental email, but it can be customized to any preferred email. While most inquiries are related to campus-specific questions, if any issues require support from our team, you can easily forward those requests to support@campusgroups.com
To setup your support email, please email your dedicated Implementation Consultant with the desired email and they can setup this up.
