My Schedule
My Schedule allows users to view their complete schedule in one place, including registered events, meetings, and important dates. Additionally, users can subscribe to group calendars to display all events organized by the groups they follow.
Academic Integrations: If your school has Ready Campus with an integration to your SIS and/or LMS, students will also see their course schedules and due dates for assignments and quizzes. Learn more about academic integrations.
Accessing My Schedule
My Schedule can be accessed in two places, from the My Activity menu, or from the My Schedule widget on your home page on both web and mobile. The home page widget on mobile is present by default, but on web must be added by a platform administrator.
Customize Your Calendar View
On the left side of your calendar, you’ll see a list of available calendars. These include:
Courses (if available): See your class schedule.
Due Dates (if available): Stay on top of assignment and quiz/exam dates.
Events I'm Attending: View events where you have RSVP’ed or registered.
Meetings: Check when you have scheduled meetings.
Important Dates: Keep track of key university-wide dates (e.g., start/end of term, holidays).
Simply check or uncheck the boxes next to each calendar to control what shows up. You can show just one, all of them, or any combination depending on what you want to focus on.
Subscribe to a Group Calendar in My Schedule
Click the + button next to the Other Calendars section.
Select the calendars you want by checking the corresponding boxes.
Once you close the window, events from the selected calendars will automatically appear in your schedule.
You can return to this screen anytime to manage or update your calendar subscriptions.
You can only subscribe to a group calendar from the web, but once subscribed, you can select and unselect them from your My Schedule view on both web and mobile.
