Job Boards
The CampusGroups Job Board is a centralized platform where students can discover and apply for career opportunities. Job postings are managed within specific groups, allowing for targeted and streamlined opportunities.
Accessing the Job Board
To manage job postings, navigate to:
Group > More Tools > Jobs
Job Board Settings Tabs
Default Job Privacy
Set default visibility for newly created jobs.Accept Job Submissions
Allow users to submit job postings directly from the group’s job board.Display Job on Community Job Board
Enable this option to make jobs visible on the community-wide board.Admin Note: To ensure visibility, drag the Job Board Widget into the left menu of your Hub page.
Upload Jobs in Bulk
Admins can upload multiple jobs at once using a template.
Steps:
Download the Excel template from the Job Board interface.
Fill out the required fields in the spreadsheet, following instructions for:
Sheet name:
JobsRequired fields: job title, company name, employee type (comma-separated if multiple)
Work Authorization: select from predefined options
Country selection
Upload the completed file using the Upload Jobs interface.
Allowed formats:
.xls,.xlsx,.csv
How to Create a Job
Navigate to your Group > More Tools > Jobs
Click Create Job
Enter the following details:
Group the job will be posted under
Company/Organization name
Job Title
Employee Type (Customizable in Admin > Settings > Custom Values > Job Type)
Location Information
Job Description
Activation Dates (posting duration)
Contact & Application Information:
Select an existing application form or
Create a new one via Group > Survey/Forms > Create Form > Job Application
Add any additional job details
Click Save to publish the job.
Finding Jobs
Community Job Board: Accessible via the Home Page Left Menu
Group Page: Members of specific groups can view posted jobs within the group
Application Submissions
Submissions are tracked via the linked Job Application Form.
The form owner or designated approver will receive a notification for every new submission.
If a workflow approval is attached, the appropriate individuals will be notified accordingly.
