Communicating With Your Users by Sending Notifications
As an Admin, you can use the Ready Education platform as your go-to mobile-first communication channel for getting timely, important, targeted information in the hands of your students. The platform provides the ability to push out messages to all or some users. These pop up as push notifications for anyone who has downloaded the mobile app. They also appear as new messages in the Notification Center on the web.
Common use cases for this feature are broadcasting campus updates, sending announcements to targeted cohorts, sharing reminders for timely deadlines, and promoting key opportunities.

Select Send Notification option.
If you copy/paste a valid URL into the message, users will be able to click/tap the URL when viewing the notification from the web or mobile device. A valid URL begins with http:// or https://
This is supported by mobile app versions starting with v2025.6.2500.
Viewing Sent Notifications
The “Notification” item in the Admin menu allows you to view a log of all messages delivered as notifications by all Admins and Officers across your tenant.
This includes notifications sent by Officers to Members, Contacts, and Attendees of their Group’s Events.
Note that you must have the permission to “Manage Users” in order to see this “Notification” option in the Admin menu.
Group Officers must have the permission to “Manage Members” in order to see the “Notifications” option in the Group menu.
