Inventory

The Inventory feature allows you to check-in and check-out items either manually or through QR codes. This can help any officer within a group to stay organized with all of their items by keeping them accountable. Follow these steps to navigate to the Inventory feature:

  1. Manage to your Group

  2. Select More Tools dropdown and then Inventory on the left-side menu

Adding New Inventory

  1. Click on the Create button and complete the mandatory fields

  2. Click Save

How to Check Out Inventory

  1. Select the Check Out button on the right of the item

  2. Populate the Check Out pop-up window with the information about the person taking the item and the expected return date - It is also possible to assign a check out to a group.

  3. Click Save

  4. For multiple check outs at the same time, select the items and then click Check Out

The Inventory feature also allows you to check-in/out items through QR Codes by selecting the More icon and then Print QR Code - Scanning an item QR Code with the mobile App QR code scanner will redirect you to the check-in/out page of the item

How to Return Inventory

  1. To return a checked-out item, select the Check In button and rate the item from 1 to 5

  2. Click Save

View Item History

For all items, it is possible to view the history by selecting the Clock icon

How to Report Equipment Status

  1. If an item has been damaged or repaired, you can change its state by selecting the More icon and then Edit

  2. Go to Equipment Status and choose a new status from the drop-down list
