Updating User Tags

Effortlessly manage User Tags for multiple users as an Administrator by following this guide.

Manual Updating User Tags

  1. Navigate to Admin > Users

  2. Select Edit User Tags

  3. Delete User Tags or select from the dropdown to add User Tags

Bulk Updating User Tags

  1. Navigate to Admin > Users

  2. Use the dropdowns to filter your list or use the Past List function to apply tags based on a list of email addresses

  3. Check the box and be sure to also click on Select All Users

  4. Click the More icon and select either Add User Tag or Remove User Tag

  5. Select the tag from the dropdown that you would like to add or remove and click Submit
