Adding Questions and Time Slots to Event Registration

Enhance your registration process for by incorporating additional questions and time slots as part of a users registration. In this example, a Student Health Testing Center has created an event for students to schedule appointments to get tested. As you can see, additional questions are being used to select what test that are scheduling and time slots are being used to schedule which station they are reserving.

Follow these steps to add additional questions and time slots to your events:

  1. Edit your event

  2. Navigate to Advanced Options

  3. Select the Add more questions / slots dropdown

  4. Edit an existing question or select Add Question

  5. Add a Question Title and select one of the following Question Types

    • Text

    • Checkboxes

    • Dropdown Menu

    • Date, Slots

    • Single File Upload

    • Multiple Files Upload

  6. Edit your answer options by selecting Add Answer or Manage Slots

  7. Select the Edit option in the Applies To column to limit the question or time slot to only certain tickets
