Resetting Your Password

Can’t login? Forgot your password? Or Simply want to change it? If you forgot your password, you can get a password reset link emailed to you by following the steps below.

If your institution is using Single Sign-On (logging in with your school credentials), you will not be able to reset your password and we recommend reaching out to your Campus IT.

  1. Navigate to your log-in page

  2. Click Forgot Password

  3. Enter the email to which your password reset link will be sent (the email address provided has to match the email address of your account)

  4. Click Send

  5. Follow the instructions in the email.

Note: Be sure to check both your mailbox and spam folder, or email us at support@campusgroups.com

 

If you are already logged in and simply would like to change/update your password for future sessions, follow these instructions:

  1. Select the Account dropdown

  2. Click on Edit Password

  3. Update your Password

  4. Click Save
