Maximize interactive learning by empowering officers to effortlessly create and distribute quizzes. Craft diverse questions and assign points for correct answers, providing a user-friendly platform for knowledge assessments and enhancing the educational experience within the community.

  1. Create a Form

  2. Select Quiz

  3. Provide a name for your quiz and add a question

  4. Select the quiz question type and enter a question. You’ll also be able to

    • Assign the number points if the question is answered correctly

    • Add multiple answer choices

    • Randomize the answer choices

    • Make a question mandatory

  5. Navigate to the Form Settings

  6. Scroll down to the Quiz Configuration section within the Basic Information tab to edit the following fields:

    • Quiz pass score

    • Quiz passed custom confirmation message

    • Quiz failed custom confirmation message

  7. Click Preview to see how your election will look to users

  8. Click Copy Link to distribute your quiz

  9. Click on the name of your quiz to view submissions. You’ll be able to do the following:

    • Generate Report to see all submission information in an excel file

    • Send Email to users you select

    • Click on Stats to view the overall quiz results

    • View each user’s submission of the quiz and Message them within the platform
