Bulk Upload Members Using Group Acronyms or Group IDs

While Group Officers have the capability to upload their own members, Admins possess the ability to efficiently mass upload both Members and Officers across multiple Groups simultaneously. To initiate this process, follow the provided instructions for uploading your members. Within this upload, ensure to include the corresponding Group ID or Group Acronym with each member. Follow these steps to retrieve a list of all Group Acronyms and Group IDs within your system.

  1. Click on Admin

  2. Click on Groups

  3. Filter by the Groups you would like to pull Acronyms or IDs for

  4. Select All and click Generate Report

  5. Match the Members to the Group ID or Group Acronym and Upload your Members
