Configure content within your production instance for your mobile app

For there to be sufficient content within your Dedicated Mobile app when submitting to the Apple and Google Play App Stores, we require the following configurations be set in your instance. This is a measure we take to ensure Apple and Google do not reject the app submissions based on the app being “incomplete” or “misleading” according to their app guidelines.

Please complete the following 4 tasks:

Add the student user CG Mobile Apps Support <appleteam@campusgroups.com> as a Member to a minimum of 3 Groups.

Ensure the 3 Groups selected are Published and have Logos uploaded. We highly recommend these Groups Names do not include the word “Test”.

Configure a minimum of 2 Events for each of the 3 Groups (6 total). These Events need to have a future date, so they are displayed in the mobile app. (These Events can later be removed, if needed.) These Events should have a unique Event Image uploaded. We highly recommend these Event Names do not include the word “Test”.

Ensure any/all Community Hub(s) configured have an Icon uploaded, and are named as you would like your end-users to see and select when entering the Dedicated Mobile App.
