Directory

The Directory serves as a comprehensive listing of all users in your platform, allowing you to easily find and connect with classmates and other members of your community.

Key Features

Use Filters and Search Functionality to find people
Receive recommendations and Connect with other users
Send Messages to users you are connected with

Navigating the Directory

From the Home page on web or the More menu on Mobile, go to Directory

Admins have the option to change the name of the menu item, so it may be labeled something else on your platform (Users, etc.)

View Users based on:
- All Users
- Suggested
- Connections
- Connection Requests

Apply additional Filters based on the following user Profile fields:
- Account Type
- Looking For
- Career Interests
- Interests
- Sports
- City
- State
- Country
- Language
- Company
- Job Title

Click on a User (web only) to view their basic profile card, which includes:
- Name
- Pronoun
- Account Type & Graduation Year
- Email
- Interests

Click to Connect with other Users, which will generate a request to that person. The Connect button will change to show a Pending status, allowing you to cancel until the request is reviewed.
Once a request is accepted, the user will appear in your Connections. You will then have the option to:
- Message: Send them in-platform messages via Chat
- View Profile: Access their full profile, including:
  - All profile fields (mobile)
  - Group Memberships
  - Other Connections
  - Badges
