Mobile App Troubleshooting

Please follow the steps below if a user reports any issues relating to logging into the app or loading the app.

Symptom: Users might have issues accessing the mobile app but able to access desktop version or other device

Error Example: Error: an error has occurred”

PLEASE ENSURE MOBILE APPS ARE NOT RUNNING IN THE BACKGROUND AND CLOSED BEFORE YOU PROCEED.

Steps to resolve the issue below:-

Android

  1. Go to phone settings

  2. Select Apps

  3. Search for the myday app and select it

  4. Select storage

  5. Clear Cache and Clear data

  6. Try and sign into app again

iOS

  1. Settings

  2. Safari

  3. Clear History and Website data
