Content Management menu missing

This article will describe the possible cause for this to not be available within the left navigation bar and go through permission check.

Feature Checklist:

Follow the below steps to check if the Content Management feature is enabled.

  1. Navigate to Features within the navigation bar.

  2. Find Content Management and ensure it’s enabled by clicking the button.

 

Permission Checklist:

To be able to see and use the Content Management then you’ll need to ensure the user has the correct permissions.

1. Navigate to Identity/User Management app.

2. Within Roles search for Content Management Administrator.

2. Edit the Role and add the user you wish.

The user will need to log out and log back in for the changes to sync up to their account.
