Mail App - Can't add recipients/Consent

Install The following Connector

  • Office Graph

Disable/untick Contacts entity within Exchange Online Connector and ensure the OAuth Authentication for Office 365 is enabled/ticked.

Steps to resolve:

  1. You’ll need to have People Search app installed if you haven't already and add the tile to a dashboard(this can be added to your admin dashboard if you prefer as students won’t need it)

  2. Global admin will need to consent on the People Search App.(Another way of consenting on Azure platform)

  3. Next time a user tries to add receipt it’ll ask them to consent (once) as the user which in return will allow them to add a receipt. Student would be asked to consent on MS Graph if they have disconnected the MS Graph service.

The consent is from MS Graph as designed which we don’t have influence on. Contacts now are pulled through the MS Graph rather than Exchange Online connector. However following the above steps would resolve the issue.
