How to retrieve a Tenant ID

Desktop View

  1. To retrieve a tenant ID within myday you can navigate to User menu and click Profile

2. This section includes the profile information of the logged user. Under User Information subheading you’ll find the Tenant ID

 

Mobile View

  1. Select the menu toggle on the left and select the drop down, then click Profile

2. Under User information subheading you’ll find the Tenant ID
