Follow these steps to learn how you can have all of your achievements highlighted in one simple view.
Log in to CampusGroups
Click on the Home icon
Select My Activity along the left side
Select My Co-Curricular Transcript
From here you will be able to see the experiences that will appear on your Co-Curricular Transcript. We have multiple types of involvement that can be tracked within the CampusGroups platform.
Group Membership
Officer Positions
Event Attendance
Service Hours
Checklist Completion
Self-reported Experiences
These pieces of involvement (with the exception of Self-reported Experiences) are automatically tracked and added to your Co-Curricular Transcript. You can Edit your transcript on to top right corner by adding notes and deciding which items you want to to make visible.
You can save your CCT as a pdf and share a link to anyone who would like view your achievements.
Creating a self-reported Experience to include on your CCT
The Experience feature allow users to self-report a variety of experiences to report and track on their Co-Curricular Transcript.
To add experiences that do not fall within an existing experience type (e.g., off-campus event, certification, awards), you can self-report those by these following steps:
Click Home
Select My Activity
Select My Co-Curricular Transcript
Click Edit and scroll down to Experience
Select Edit and Add Experience button
Next, you will configure the experience details
Select Group OR, enter of an organization not listed above
Title
Role
Description
Experience Type
Start Date
End Date
Choose if the experience is paid (Yes/No)
Click Save
