Implementation Manager
Your Implementation Manager will onboard your campus and set you up for success. They will be your primary contact throughout implementation and will typically have 6 - 8 training calls with your team. They will provide you with all of the knowledge and tools you need to launch CG.
Dedicated Campus Success Consultant (CSC)
During the kickoff call, you will be introduced to your Campus Success Consultant. Your CSC will be your primary point of contact at CampusGroups post-implementation and is committed to making sure the platform is supporting the long-term goals of your community.
