Your Implementation Team will onboard your campus and set you up for success. They will be your primary contact throughout implementation and will provide you with all of the knowledge and tools you need to launch CG. In addition to being assigned an Implementation Manager, your team will also have access to the Integrations team who will assist will all technical solutions.
Client Success Manager
Your dedicated Client Success Manager (CSM) will be your primary point of contact at CampusGroups post-implementation and is committed to making sure the platform is supporting the long-term goals of your community. They will meet with your team on a regular basis and provide ongoing support and guidance.
