Here's a step-by-step guide for decommissioning Azure AD Sync for myday. This process ensures a safe disconnection and prevents constant errors from appearing in our internal monitoring system.

  1. Sign in to Azure Portal

  2. Search for myday Application

    • In the search bar at the top of the portal, type "Enterprise Applications" and select it. OR click here for a shortcut.

    • In the search box within the Enterprise Applications section, type "myday" and select the app.

  3. Turn Off Provisioning

    • In the myday application menu, click Provisioning.

    • Click Edit Provisioning, toggle Provisioning Status to Off, and click Save.

  4. Delete the Application

    • Go back to myday overview, select Properties.

      If you can’t find option please expand Mange or repeat step 2

    • Lastly, click on Delete and Save

    • Once deleted, Azure AD Sync for myday is fully decommissioned.
