This how-to article demonstrates how to enable animation for tiles if you have multiple entries under one tile.

Step-By-Step Guide
Go to the dashboard you wish the tiles to display animation.
Click on Edit drop down on the banner
Click on Layout
Navigate to Animation
Click Enable Animation. You can also set the duration and speed of the animation.
Animation will only apply to any tiles that have more than one entry.
