With a focus on co-curricular development, this module ensures that students can effortlessly include their impactful contributions on their Co-Curricular Transcripts, highlighting their commitment to community service and holistic growth.
Adding Service Hours As A User Within CampusGroups
A User can easily add service hours by following these important steps:
Navigate to Home > My Activity > My Service Hours > Add Service Hours
Next you will complete the required fields:
What type of service hour?
Select an organization
select one of your groups
or, enter the name of an organization not listed above
Time commitment
Hours
Dates
Attach Files
Reference
Reference User
Ext reference name
Ext reference email
Other
Choose your tags
Click Save
Verifying Service Hours as an Administrator
Administrators have the ability to review and verify Service Hours for all platform Users in a single page.
Click on Admin
Click on Engagement then Service Hours
If you have Service Hours to verify, you will see a banner on the top of your page. Click on XX new Service Hours
You will then retrieve all Service Hours that need to be verified and can take the following actions:
Check the Verified checkbox to verify the Service Hours
Click on Edit if you need to change the Service Hours
It is also possible to verify multiple Service Hours at once:
Select the Service Hours with the Checkboxes or Select All checkbox
Click on the Verify Service Hours button
