The Service Hours module in CampusGroups is a dynamic tool designed to seamlessly connect students with service opportunities. This feature not only allows students to discover and register for designated service initiatives but also provides a convenient platform to track and record their accrued service hours. This module ensures that students can effortlessly include their contributions on their Co-Curricular Transcript.

Adding Service Hours As A User Within CampusGroups

A User can easily add service hours by following these important steps:

  1. Navigate to Home

  2. Select the My Activity dropdown and click My Service Hours

  3. Click on Add Service Hours

  4. Complete the required fields

  5. Click Save

Please note that once you submit your service hours, it will still need to be verified

Verifying Service Hours as an Administrator

Administrators have the ability to review and verify Service Hours for all platform Users in a single page.

  1. Click on Admin

  2. Click on the Engagement dropdown and select Service Hours

  3. If you have Service Hours to verify, you will see a red banner at the top of your page that you can click on

  4. From here, you will see all Service Hours that need to be verified and can take the following actions:

    • Check the Verified checkbox to verify the Service Hours

    • Click on Edit if you need to change the Service Hours

  5. It is also possible to verify multiple Service Hours at once by selecting the approriate Service Hours and clicking on the Verify Service Hours button
