What is CampusGroups?

Welcome to CampusGroups, your comprehensive campus engagement platform designed to streamline student life and campus activities! It provides tools for student organizations, clubs, and campus departments to organize events, manage memberships, communicate with members, track attendance, and much more! CampusGroups is your one-stop-shop to campus engagement!

Students

As a student, you can effortlessly access resources on the home page and discover events and groups within the system that are the perfect fit for you.

  • Discover: Easily discover events, groups and users that align with your interests.

  • Stay informed: Stay up-to-date through the community feed, group pages, event calendars, and notifications.

  • Communicate: Sharing and receiving announcements has never been easier with the community feed

  • Engage: Get involved by posting to group feeds, joining groups, registering for events, answering forms and taking on leadership roles.

Group Officers

Each group (e.g., club, department) can appoint officers who gain more access to both manage and customize their group. Officers can use a number of tools to manage their organization more efficiently.

  • Dashboard: Track recent activity, quickly access commonly used features, manage your group settings, appoint officers, and administer access rights

  • Members: Manage membership and and validate users who request to join your group

  • Emails: Target an audience, compose new emails and monitor open and click rates

  • Events: Create events, sell tickets, track registrations and check attendees in

  • Forms: Create forms or surveys and analyze the data

School Administrators

Access a backend view of the system with easy functionality to access all data and features across all users and groups. Configure access to the platform, manage users, create new groups, email officers, and download reports.
