If you forget your phone and can't check in to an event, the event organizer can use your email address and name to record your attendance. After, you get an email prompting you to give feedback. Here are the steps:
- Check your email for a message with the subject "Rate your experience."
- Click "Give Feedback."
- Follow the on-screen instructions to give a rating (1-5 stars).
- You may also be prompted to write a short piece of feedback.
Your rating and feedback are sent to the event organizer or service provider to help them improve in the future.
