Examples which are not Bugs :
Students can’t renew their loans inside the app → It is not a bug because Ready Education doesn’t offer this possibility. A Feature Request must be issued by the customer.
The Button X should be displayed on the top left corner instead of the bottom right corner → This is a design choice which can’t be changed. An Evolution Request must be issued by the customer.
Feature Request : AppScho offers a catalog of features. Customers may request new feature to be developed by Ready Education on the AppScho product. Ready Education then evaluates how impactful this request can be for students and discuss it internally. If the request is approved, it enters our product roadmap after all already approved requests. The availability of the new feature depends on : the size of the current roadmap, the time for the feature to be specified, developed and tested. Once it is available, Customer may ask Ready Education to implement the feature on their application.
Evolution Request : For an existing feature offered in the AppScho catalog, an Evolution Request can be made to Ready Education. Ready Education then evaluates how impactful this request can be for students and discuss it internally. If the request is approved, it enters our product roadmap after all already approved requests.
