Your Group has to ability to store documents and photos within your group. Whether it is photos from an event or important meeting minutes, CampusGroups has everything you need to manage your files.

  1. Manage your group

  2. Navigate to Files

  3. Click New Folder to create a new folder

  4. To add new files, select Upload and then choose what folder it should be stored in

  5. Click Share Link to create a public link to accessing the file

  6. Click on the More Icon and select Privacy to edit who has access to the file

  7. Here, you can limit not only if the file will be displayed on the Group Website and Group Page but also who can access the content
