How to troubleshoot the issue.
Ensure you’re using the correct SCIM Tenant URL. This should be in the format of https://scim.myday.cloud/”TenanatID”/v2
If you have to amend the URL then please re-enter your secret token and test the connection. Once successful feel free to initiate a sync during an apprirote window.
If you're unsure what your token might be or have lost your copy please raise a ticket to support who should provide you a copy or create a new token.
