Profile your knowledge base (Pre-requisite)

To profile your knowledge base, you must have created your profiles already. For our example, we have created a profile I am a visitor .

Create a profiled category

Create and add a subcategory

Create a category destined to the visitors of the school. Once it is created, go to visibility in the right bar:

Open

Select Custom profiles and then enter I am a visitor.
