  • SLAs ( Service Level Agreements) outline the specific amount of time a company takes to respond to and resolve different types of incoming inquiries from customers.

    A Normal priority request will have the first response in 16 business hours. A high-priority request will have the first response in 4 business hours. A low priority request will have the first response in 40 business hours
