  • No, you cannot use the same QR Codes as they expire. You have to use the QR Codes generated from Campus Cloud.

  • No, we cannot do that. We can only print one QR Code at a time.

  • No, we cannot edit a form that has been published. However, you can duplicate the form with the modification you'd like to be made.

    To duplicate a form please make sure to do the following:

    1. Manage

    1. Select "Form"

    1. Scroll down to the form you would like to duplicate

    1. Navigate to the three dots on the Right-hand side of the form's title

    1. Select "Duplicate"

  • Download: is anyone who downloads the app from the app store or play store. Downloading the app does not automatically give access to the app to any user. A user needs to register to use the app explicitly.

    Registration: a user who is able to log in to the app successfully. Even if they uninstall and reinstall the app, they will still be recognized as the same user and not counted as a new registration.
