Decommissioning Azure AD Sync - Churned Customers

Here's a step-by-step guide for decommissioning Azure AD Sync for myday. This process ensures a safe disconnection and prevents constant errors from appearing in our internal monitoring system.

  1. Sign in to Azure Portal

  2. Search for myday Application

    • In the search bar at the top of the portal, type "Enterprise Applications" and select it. OR click here for a shortcut.

    • In the search box within the Enterprise Applications section, type "myday" and select the app.

  3. Turn Off Provisioning

    • In the myday application menu, click Provisioning.

    • Click Edit Provisioning.

    • Expand Admin section and delete the secret token value then toggle Provisioning Status to Off, and click Save.

       

4. Delete the Application

  • Go back to myday overview, select Properties.

If you can’t find the option, please expand Manage or repeat step 2.

Lastly, click on Delete and Save

Once deleted, Azure AD Sync for myday is fully decommissioned.
