Part 1: Calendar Unavailable Error
This is part 1 of trying to resolve the above issue. Please follow this guide to learn the basic steps to self-resolve this issue.
Error: Calendar Unavailable
Symptom: Unable to see any calendar event despite having access directly to Outlook.com
Cause: The session token has expired, and therefore, a new one must be generated by Microsoft or Google authentication services.
Steps to resolve:
Firstly sign into myday.
Head to your User Profile in the top right of the page:
Click the User Profile and select 'Services' from the drop down.
How to Disable Services:Â
After clicking 'Services' you will be taken to the relevant page. The Services page will show you all the services you have linked to your myday account. To disable one, simply click 'Disconnect'.
Once that has been performed, ask the user to click on the Calendar tile again, forcing them to re-consent and allowing them to get a fresh token.
