If you would like to integrate courses with LMS, Please reach out to your School’s  CSC. Campus Success Consultant. If you have already done so and want to create another tile, please refer to the custom URL scheme and package name of an app article for more details.

The app banner is displayed at the top of the campus guide. The ideal image size is 1440 pixels wide by 800 pixels tall. The flag can be JPEG or PNG and must be under 5 MB in size. Once you upload your image, you can use built-in resize and crop tools to fine-tune the app banner.

You can download a list of data gathered using service assessment. You can view the data for all service providers (1) or specific service providers (2).  

  • To download assessment data for all service providers

  • Click "Manage," then click "Services."

  • Locate your service in the list, and click its name on Service Info.

  • Click "Download Assessment Data."

You will download a spreadsheet showing who visited each provider, their check-in and check-out times, and their feedback.

  • To download assessment data for an individual service provider:

  • In-Service Info, select your service provider from the list. 

  • Click "Download Assessment Data."

Yes, you can. You need to log in to the Campus Cloud account > Click on Insights > Click on Data export from Dashboard.

When you add the event integration- you’ll add the host. Here is the article with all the required information.

No - one event can only be conducted by one host. If an event is present under multiple hosts - It will appear numerous times. We recommend keeping the hosts to one.

Remove and add integration with the new host.

If there are many events within the RSS feed, it may take some time for Campus Load to load the feed. Please wait approximately 15 min and then refresh the page. You should then see a successful sync.

Yes. An integration can only pull events 3 months ahead from a feed?
