📣June & July 2023

In June and July, our releases focused on UX and accessibility improvements, for both Campus Cloud and Campus App.

🌟 Campus Cloud

UX Improvements: We added helpful messaging to the area where you manage Keyword Alerts, and minor layout changes to the page for viewing a specific User. 

Accessibility Improvements: We increased the color contrast of certain elements across the design system so they pass WCAG 2.1 AA standards.

🌟 Campus App

Editing Your Profile: We've made the editing interface more intuitive for adding profile and cover images, your headline, and bio.

Preferred Pronouns: When filling out your Profile, you will now be prompted to include your preferred pronouns. Your preferred pronouns appear beneath your name when others view your profile on the mobile app.

Deleting Your Data: Users now have the option, when closing their mobile app account, to also delete their identifying data (name, email, profile image).

Accessibility Improvements: We updated the red and gray colors in our design system to have more contrast, in compliance with accessibility standards. 

Calendar Event Loading: We updated the way Campus App loads events that are created as part of an integrated calendar so that feeds with thousands of events still load reliably.

Please note that we have updated the minimum supported version of Android from 4.2 (API level 17) to 5.0 (API level 21).
