The newest version of Campus App is 2023.11.0600. It includes changes to the Notification Center and Privacy settings.

🌟 Digesting Channel Notifications

We know that students can be overwhelmed by the number of Notifications they see when they open their app, and your important Announcements can often get lost. Going forward, we are streamlining notifications related to activity in Community, so you'll see:

• A single notification for all new posts within the same channel

• A single notification for all new comments within the same thread
  (either one you started, or one you commented in)

• A single notification for all “likes” for your post or comment.

🌟 Allow Friend Request

The new setting for "Allow Friend Requests" will allow mobile app users to choose if and when they receive friend requests. This privacy setting means you can decide if other users see the option to "Send Friend Request" when viewing your profile. It lays the groundwork for future privacy enhancements where you can also control which users are able to send you a direct message. 

The newest version of Campus Cloud is 1.10.01 and was released on October 26.

Now that we have finished the latest edition of our VPAT for Campus Cloud, we continue to roll out fixes to the issues we identified, making the interface more navigable when using screen readers and keyboard shortcuts.

We continue to introduce more cohesiveness to the user experience, with shared components and consistent messaging.

This release prioritized addressing several issues reported by specific users, ensuring that all Admins have the support they need to get their jobs done.
